Pavneet Singh
Experienced and top producing Realtor
My name is Pavneet Singh, and I am a licensed real estate advisor with RE/MAX Nova. I am available to assist you with any of your real estate needs.
As a realtor, I have a comprehensive understanding of the local market, and I have a proven track record of successfully helping my clients buy and sell homes. Whether you are in the market for a new home or looking to sell your current one, I have the expertise to guide you through the process and ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
At RE/MAX Nova, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, and I am committed to making sure that your real estate transaction is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. From start to finish, I will work closely with you to understand your unique needs and preferences, and to help you achieve your real estate goals.
I am very passionate about land development projects and I am working on bringing over 500 homes, including detached, semi-detached, and condominiums, to the HRM area in the coming years.
I have established strong relationships with several builders and have delivered results as per their commitment, while ensuring that builder rules and protocols are respected. I also assist clients in developing a long-term mindset regarding real estate investments. Once the property closes, I provide complimentary services to my clients to find the right tenant and ensure that their investment experience is nothing less than stellar.
In addition to my expertise in the local market, I have an educated understanding of the dynamic real estate market. I have a network across the US, Canada, India, and China that assists me in bridging the gap between domestic buyers, international buyers, and the real estate industry in Nova Scotia. Furthermore, I am well-versed in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, and I have a basic understanding of Gujarati and Spanish.
Outside of my real estate career, I am an active member of various community organizations, including the Maritime Sikh Society, Khalsa Aid Canada, Nova Noble Cause Society, and the Sikh Motorcycle Club of Nova Scotia.
I can assist you in various areas of real estate investment in Nova Scotia, including single-family homes, multi-family homes, high-rise buildings, multi-units, commercial properties, and land developments.
Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a consultation. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
RE/MAX has always been more than selling homes. We believe in giving back to the community. RE/MAX Offices consist of full-time real estate professionals, who live, work and give back to the community in which they serve everyday.
How does Real Estate Work?
Set a budget
This is one of the most important things you can do before you start looking at homes. How much can you afford to spend on a monthly mortgage payment? Once you know your budget, you can start to narrow down your search.
Contact us, we are your local real estate agents!
A good real estate agent can help you find the right home for your needs and budget. We will also negotiate on your behalf and help you through the home buying process.
Make an offer
When you find a home you love, you’ll need to make an offer. Your real estate agent can help you with this process.
Get pre-approved for a mortgage
This will give you an idea of how much money you can borrow and what your monthly payments will be. It will also make you a more attractive buyer to sellers.
Now, the fun part! Let's start looking at homes
Once you have a budget and a pre-approval, you can start looking at homes. Be sure to take your time and see as many homes as possible before you make an offer.
Negotiate the price
The seller may not accept your first offer. This is where your real estate agent can be helpful. They can help you negotiate the price of the home.
